A large agency within the City of New York needed to implement an enterprise asset management and related financial and procurement system using newly-purchased enterprise software.
Solution
In this instance, Business Logic and the client worked together to redesign its business processes to best use the features of the new software. To meet the specialized needs of this agency, however, required substantial re-configuration.
Business Logic brought two vital skills to this enormous business problem: its business expertise in understanding efficient organization structures, to quickly identify the unique characteristics of the agency's business processes, and its broad experience with a wide range of software tools to craft a custom solution. Where necessary, we were able to develop specialized reports and screens that met the agency's reporting requirements.
